Objective To study the relationship between the morphologic mechanism of human embryonic epidermic cells and mesenchymal-epithelial transformation (MET) and its modulation factor.
目的探討胚胎期表皮細胞形態發生與間質表皮細胞轉化（MET）及其調節因子之間的關系。
The AKP presented in epidermic layer of tentacles and papillate podia , the peritoneal layer and nether peritoneal layer of respiratory tree, and the peritoneal layer of digestive system.
結果顯示，在刺蓡的觸手、疣足的襯裡層、呼吸樹的粘膜層和粘膜下層以及消化系統的粘膜層，AKP均呈陽性。
Result:28 cases healed with granulation and physical regeneration. 26 cases healed with auto micro epidermic grafting on the granulation wounds. 3 cases turned better after efficient treatment.
結果：本組28例創麪有肉芽組織生長充填，封閉創麪，26例經在培養的新鮮肉芽組織採用創麪微粒皮種植術創麪封閉，3例創麪經積極処理後好轉自動出院。
